With the continuous development of society and economy, there is an increasing demand for fresh food among individuals. Therefore, it becomes crucial to study the current status and future trends of fresh food preservation technology in order to enhance the living standards of both urban and rural residents while meeting consumers' nutritional and health requirements. In light of this, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of various mechanisms employed in fresh food preservation technology, encompassing low temperature preservation, chemical preservation, biological preservation, air conditioning preservation, ultra-high pressure preservation, irradiation preservation and ozone preservation. Furthermore, it elucidates the effectiveness of different preservation technologies on diverse types of fresh products such as aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, dairy products and meat products. Additionally, existing challenges are identified along with potential development directions within the field of fresh-keeping technology to offer valuable insights for its application in preserving fresh food.

Design of Biomimetic Anti-riot Protective Clothing Based on Stone Turtle Scales

Ll Jinlong, Luo Mengdi, Jia Chenyu, Liao Tianle , Zhang Yue,Liu Tianxu and Han xin,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.13.2.11926.]

The development of bionics has a long history and bionic design technology has become relatively mature. Based on the structural characteristics of organisms in nature, applying the principles of bionic design to human production and life has become a norm, so as to provide better services for human production and life. People in China and even around the world are inevitably subjected to terrorist and violent attacks, resulting in harm to citizens and law enforcement personnel such as the public security and armed police. Therefore, this article proposes a biomimetic design of riot protective clothing based on the scale structure of marine organisms such as stone turtles. The structure and protective performance of stone turtle scales can be applied to the design of riot protective clothing, greatly improving its protective performance, reducing certain violent injuries, and protecting the personal safety of law enforcement personnel such as public security and armed police.

Analysis of factors influencing the severity of electric two wheeled vehicle accidents based on standard polynomial logit model

Han Yuxin, Wei Fulu, Wang Yaping, Tan Miao, Ma Yanyan,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.13.2.12738]

In order to study the influencing factors of road traffic accidents of two-wheel electric vehicles on the degree of injury of riders, the influencing factors of the degree of injury of two wheel electric vehicle riders were analyzed. Collect the data of two wheeled electric vehicle traffic accidents in a region of Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019, and carry out descriptive statistical analysis to select 10 influencing factors related to the severity of traffic accidents. The standard polynomial logit model is used to analyze the injury severity of two wheel electric vehicle riders, and the importance of related factors is ranked. The research shows that the most important factors affecting the severity of injury of two wheeled electric vehicle riders are the age of riders, whether there is illegal behavior, collision angle, gender of riders and so on. The research conclusion can provide decision-making reference for the accident prevention of electric two wheeled vehicles

Modal Frequency Identification of Maize Picking Machine under Colored Noise Excitation

Xiaoke Li, Liang Li and Yanchun Yao,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.13.2.13946.]

In order to solve the problem that the external excitation of the structure is mostly colored noise in practical engineering, the modal analysis of the structure is carried out in this paper using band-stop filter with FDD algorithm. Firstly, the vibration test of the maize picking machine was carried out, and then the unfiltered and filtered vibration signals were analyzed using the FDD algorithm, respectively, and finally the identification result was compared with the ERA results. The results show that the modal frequencies identified by FDD using band-stop filter are close to those of ERA, and the modal frequency deviation of 6-orders are in the range of 0.015-4.845 Hz. The problem of FDD being affected by colored noise can be better solved by using band-stop filter processing the output signals.

Research status of biomimetic riot protective clothing based on scales

Ll Jinlong,Luo Mengdi, Liao Tianle,Jia Chenyu, Zhang Yue,Han xin,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.13.2.14743]

In recent years, due to the continuous development of society, more and more people have begun to pay more attention and think about personal and social safety. Riot protection clothing, as a safe and reliable protection method, has gradually entered the sight of society. With the advancement of technology, many researchers have conducted research on biomimetic scale riot protective clothing based on the excellent mechanical properties of different animal scales in nature. This article provides a comprehensive understanding of the current research and development status of biomimetic scale anti riot protective clothing both domestically and internationally. Based on this, by consulting a large amount of research materials for reflection and analysis, it provides key theoretical basis and academic support for further improving China's national security and enhancing anti riot protective clothing technology.

A novel positive current output CCII-based biquadratic circuit configuration

Takao Tsukutani ,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.13.2.15461]

This paper introduces a novel biquadratic circuit configuration using only positive current output second generation current conveyors. The biquadratic circuit enables low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass responses by the selections and additions of the circuit currents without any component matching constraints. Moreover the circuit parameters ω0 and Q can be set orthogonally adjusting the circuit passive components. The biquadratic circuit enjoys very low sensitivity with respect to the circuit components. The achievement examples are given together with simulation responses by PSPICE.

Research on Energy Management Strategy for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle

Jianhui Chen and Chao Ma,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.13.2.16275.]

Energy management strategy is one of the key technologies of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). Selecting a reasonable and efficient energy management strategy can improve the fuel economy of PHEV. Since the regular CD-CS strategy causes a rapid increase in fuel consumption when entering the charge sustain mode. Therefore, this paper proposes the equivalent fuel consumption minimization strategy (ECMS) to improve the fuel economy of PHEV. The approximate optimal equivalent factor is selected by off-line iteration to keep the vehicle in the charge depleting mode as much as possible. Finally, the simulation results show that the ECMS strategy improves the fuel economy by 16.51% compared with the CD-CS strategy. The validity of ECMS strategy is verified.
